摘要:NOVELTY - Reversible pH responsive mesoporous silicon oxide composite medicine delivery system comprises mesoporous silica particles and nanomagnetic particles. The nanomagnetic particle is modified by carboxybenzaldehyde. The mesoporous silica particles are modified through tri(aminomethyl) ethane. The carboxy modified magnetic nanoparticle is riveted on the surface of tri(aminomethyl) ethane modified mesoporous silica particles through reversible tri-azaadamantane alkyl group. USE - The composite medicine delivery system is useful for preparing a medicine, a protein or a genetic vector (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite medicine delivery system has high magnetic targeting ability and high biocompatibility to achieve pH responsive pulse release. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the pH responsive mesoporous silicon oxide composite medicine delivery system, comprising: (a)(a1) dispersing mesoporous silica particles in a solvent, modifying the surface with tri(aminomethyl) ethane, (a2) dispersing the magnetic nanoparticles in a solvent, modifying the surface with carboxybenzaldehyde, and (b) reacting the surface modified mesoporous silica and modified magnetic nano particles in an alkaline solution.
