摘要:采用丙烯腈流化床反应器的工业运行数据,研究了丙烯腈流化床反应器的压降。结果表明:流化床床层压降稳定,实测值与计算值吻合;反应器空气分布板的小孔阻力因子与雷诺数的关联性较好。
The pressure fall of acrylonitrile fluid - bed reactor was studied with the industrial operation data. Result showed that the pressure fall of fluid -bed was stable, the measured value chimed with calculated value, and the resistance coefficient of pores in dispersion plate of reactor had a good relevance with Reynolds number.
