摘要：作为常州词派的重要作家,陈廷焯的词学思想特别是他的"沉郁说"具有重要的理论意义,在相当程度上消解了千年以来词学理论中关于"尚雅、尚俗"、"守律、破律"、"诗化、曲化"三对矛盾的对立,并且可以视为王国维"境界说"的近源。
As the important theorist of Changzhou Ci Poetics, Chen Tingzhuo＇s idea is valuable.It helps us to settle the three kinds of conflict： being elegant or vulgarization; obeying the rules or breaking the rules; drawing near to poem or to song. More than that, it is also regarded as the headspring of Wang Guowei＇s ＂bourn＂ theory.
