摘要：提高高等教育质量,教师是关键,而青年教师是当前高校教师队伍中特别值得关注的一个群体。对上海5所高校300位青年教师的调查结果显示,青年教师的生存状态不容乐观。本文着重从制度的角度,探讨高校教学管理、科研管理、薪酬管理等方面的制度对青年教师生存状态的影响,并提出了相应的对策及建议。
Teachers play a key role to improve the quality of higher education while young teachers are a group of people who need special attention.Investigation carried out among 300 young teachers of 5 colleges and universities in Shanghai shows that their status is not optimistic.The discussion in the paper focuses on the impact of teaching,scientific research,and salary management system of the young teachers＇ survival status from the system perspective,and countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
