摘要:用极谱法和拉曼光谱法相结合分析测定了Cu(I)-L-半胱氨酸在强酸性体系中的配合物组成。研究表明,L-半胱氨酸(RSH)以RS-负离子形式和Cu+形成配位数分别为1、2、3的配位离子[Cu(RS)][、Cu(RS)2]-[、Cu(RS)3]2-,它们的稳定常数分别为760,5.5×105,8.
The composition of Cu(I)-L-cysteine in strong acid system was determined by polarography and Raman spectroscopy. Complex ions [ Cu (BS) ], [ Cu (BS)2 ]^- and [ Cu (KS)3 ]^2- whose coordination numbers were 1,2 and 3, respectively were formed by the combination of L-cysteine (RSH) in the form of RS^- and Cu^+ in this system. The stability contants of the complexes were 760, 5.5 × 10^5 and 8.0 × 10^7, respectively.
