摘要:研究了混杂纤维增强无石棉胶乳抄取密封纸的均匀配方设计,设计和拟合了U12(124×3×42)均匀设计表,确定7个自变量以及在自变量范围内的12个水平的配方试验方案,并用多元线性回归方法考察了烧失率与配方组分的关系。结果表明:烧失量主要与材料的配方,特别是与胶乳含量和所用纤维的耐热性能密切相关。其中纤维素纤维及芳纶浆粕对烧失率的影响较大,随着它们的增加,烧失率增加很快;矿物棉纤维是一种良好的耐温材料,即使在高温下其烧失率依然较低;填料有助于耐热性能的提高。同时利用得到的回归方程,对试样的配方进行了性能预测,且预测值与实测值比较接近。
On the base of the development and application of the non-asbestos gasket materials at home and abroad, the inorganic fiber, together with cellulose fiber and aramid fiber at some ratio were chosen to replace asbestos to prepare the gasket materials. Adopted the beater-addition process, the preferable material composition and the techniques condition were obtained. The design base was designed and fitting, and the product' s ignition loss was studied. Using multi-linear regression model, the relation between the ignition losses with component was studied. The function rule that each raw material affects ignition loss was probed into with the regression equation. The results show that organic fibers is the most important ingredient to affect ignition loss, with the increase of organic fiber, ignition loss is increased gradually. The lapinus mineral fiber is helpful to temperature stability. As fillers added to pulp, the product' s temperature stability is increased. The ignition loss of sample can be forecasted with the regression equation, the predicted value and the measured value are in good agreement.
