摘要:介绍了一种云南褐煤水煤浆的成浆性能。试验得出云南褐煤因内在水分高且含氧量较高,故水煤浆浓度较低;3种添加剂对改变云南褐煤成浆性能作用不同,上海焦化厂水煤浆添加剂对其成浆性能较好,可作云南褐煤制水煤浆添加剂;选择上海焦化厂水煤浆添加剂,在加入量为1%的条件下,制得水煤浆性能指标较好,煤浆最高浓度接近50%。
This paper discusses the slurryability of Yunnan lignite-water-slurry, The experimental data point out that Yunnan lignite has higher internal moisture and oxygen content, so the density of the coal-water-slurry prepared will be lower, Three kinds of additive agent have different effect with the slurryability of Yunnan lignite. Yunnan lignite has the best slurryability for the additive agent of Shanghai coking plant, and it can take for additive agent during the procedure of Yunnan lignite had prepared coal-water-slurry. If the additive agent content is or so 1%, Yunnan coal-water-slurry have quite well slurryability, and the highest density is near 50%.
