摘要：创新驱动发展需要不断加大创新投入并提高成果产出;但创新体系中缺乏促进成果转化的重要内容,导致创新无法形成驱动经济发展的市场动力。为此,文章提出在数字时代构建基于市场导向的绿色技术创新体系;形成发挥数字经济的科创平台网络效应,促成产学研金介多主体协同创新,共创绿色技术创新价值体系,实现投资链-知识链-技术链的完美衔接,从而全面推动创新成果高效转化为驱动发展的内在动力。
Innovation-driven development requires constantly increasing innovation investment and improving achievement output;however,the innovation system lacks important elements to promote the transformation of achievements,so that innovation cannot form a market driving force for economic development.To this end,this paper proposes to build a market-oriented green technology innovation system in the digital age and form a network effect of a science and technology innovation platform giving full play to the digital economy,promote multi-subject collaborative innovation between industry,university and research institutions,jointly create a green technology innovation value system,and realize the perfect connection between the investment chain,knowledge chain and technology chain,so as to comprehensively promote the efficient transformation of dynamic innovation results into the intrinsic driving force of development.
