摘要:[目的]旨在找出一条适合工业化生产2,2-二甲基-5-(4-氯苄基)环戊酮的工艺路线。[方法]以己二酸二乙酯为起始原料,通过迪克曼缩合、甲基化、转位、苄基化、再甲基化、脱羧得到2,2-二甲基-5-(4-氯苄基)环戊酮。[结果]该合成路线总产率为46.9%,含量为93.6%(HPLC)。[结论]该工艺适合工业化生产。
[Aims] This article aims to get a reasonable route of 5-(4-chlorobenzyl)-2,2-dimethylcyclopentanone on industrial scale. [Methods] 5-(4-Chlorobenzyl)-2,2-dimethylcyclopentanone was synthesized from diethyl adipate via Dieckmann condensation, methylation, translocation, benzylation, methylation, decarboxylation. [Results] The total yield of the synthetic route was 46.9%, the purity was 93.6%(HPLC). [Conclusions] The process was suitable for industrial oroduction.
