摘要:利用计算流体动力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD)方法对电除尘器斜气流技术进行了数值计算。采用多孔跳跃模型,通过改变进口喇叭口内三块气流分布板的偏转角度实现电除尘器主体结构内气流的斜向分布,并通过调整电除尘器灰斗的位置,形成更加均匀的斜气流。模拟结果表明,通过改变气流分布板的偏转角度,可以形成斜气流,且在第一、二块气流分布板分别逆时针偏转5°、10°的情况下,第三块气流分布板逆时针偏转6°时,可以形成较好的斜气流。此外,当灰斗与电场主体的距离增大至2.4 m以后,可以形成更加均匀的斜气流。
Numerical calculations were made on skewed gas flow technology(SGFT) in ESP with CFD methods.With porous jump model and changing the deflection angles of the three air distribution plates in the import bell,SGFT was realized in the main structure of ESP.Besides,through adjusting the positions of ESP hoppers,the skewed gas flow become more uniform.The simulation results showzd that by changing the deflection angles of the three air distribution plates,SGFT indeed was realized.When the first and the second air distribution plate deflect 5° and 10°respectively,a better SGFT was realized with the third air distribution deflecting 6°.When the distance between the mian structure and the hoppers increased to 2.4 m,the skewed gas flow had become more uniform.
