摘要:CdSe nanoparticle-polyelectrolyte electrodes sensitized by tetrasulfonated copper phthalocyanine (CuTsPc) were fabricated by the layer-by-layer self-assembly technique. The structural and optical properties of the electrodes were characterized by UV-vis absorption spectra and AFM. The sensitized electrode shows a broad photovoltaic response range. The surface photovoltage corresponding to the CuTsPc Q band transition in the sensitized electrode is approximately five times stronger than that of pure CuTsPc. This is probably due to the electron transfer from the excited state of CuTsPc to the conduction band of CdSe nanoparticles, which leads to a high probability of carrier separation.
