摘要：目的:从个体出生时间的五运六气分析,探讨五运六气与慢性胃炎发病的内在关联,从而为临床预防、及早发现慢性胃炎及辨证治疗寻找新的切入点。方法:基于临床流行病学调查方法,运用Pearson分析进行慢性胃炎患者症状与出生日期的关联分析。结果:选取正相关>0.2的症状如下:(1)分别选出与火运太过,土运太过,等正相关的症状有得食痛增,耳鸣等;(2)与木运,水运,火运,土运不及正相关的症状有呕吐酸腐物、情绪高涨、腹痛遇寒/食生冷加重等;(3)与少阴君火司天(阳明燥金在泉)正相关的症状有心烦、多食易饥等;与太阴湿土司天(太阳寒水在泉)正相关的症状有腹痛遇寒/食生冷加重、口甜/口甘、口咸、口涩等;与阳明燥金司天(少阴君火在泉)正相关>0.2的症状有恐惧、窜痛、冷痛、胃胀;厥阴风木司天(少阳相火在泉)与之正相关的症状有暴饮暴食/过食肥甘加重。结论:慢性胃炎患者的症状表现与出生日期五运六气的中运和司天在泉存在一定关联,并大部分与传统中医理论相符合,能够在一定程度上反映运气对于症状表现或体质的影响。
This study aimed to analyze individual birth time through Five-Yun Six-Qi and to explore the connection between Five-Yun Six-Qi and the incidence of chronic gastritis so as to find a new starting point in clinical prevention,early detection and syndrome differentiation of chronic gastritis. Methods： Based on clinical epidemiological investigation method,use Pearson correlation coefficient to have correlation analysis for both symptoms and birth date of patients with chronic gastritis. Results： Select symptoms whose positive correlation coefficient was greater than 0. 2 as follows： 1）Select eating with pain increased,tinnitus and other symptoms which had positive correlation with excess fire-Yun and excess earth-Yun; 2） Select vomiting acid contents,high spirits,abdominal pain in cold or eat cold food and other symptoms which had positive correlation with deficiency wood-Yun,deficiency water-Yun,deficiency fire-Yun and deficiency earth-Yun; 3） Shaoyin monarch fire Sitian（ Yang Ming dry gold in spring） is related with symptoms of upset and incveased eating with vapid hcugering,etc.; and Taiyin damp-earth（ Tai Yang cold water in the spring） is related to the symptoms of abdominal pain in cold or eating cold food,aggravating,sweet mouth,salty mouth,dry mouth,etc; Yangming dry gold Sitian（ Shao Yin Jun in the spring fire） related symptoms which are greater than 0. 2 are fear,channeling pain,cold pain,bloating; Jueyin wind-wood Sitian（ Shaoyang fire in spring） are related symptoms of overeating or surfeit of fat. Conclusion： The symptoms and birth date of the patients with chronic gastritis have a certain correlation in Zhongyun and Sitian in spring according to Five-Yun Six-Qi theory and also mostly accord with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,which can reflect Yun-Qi has effects on symptoms or body constitution of human beings in a certain extent.
