摘要：数字经济不仅是当前我国社会经济发展的新动能,还是文体旅产业深度融合的新引擎。本文在探究数字经济赋能文体旅产业深度融合的内在机理基础上,审视其现实困境并提出实践路径。研究认为:数字经济赋能文体旅产业深度融合面临政策供给主体“条块分割”,深度融合标准化建设滞后;数字基建规模不足,传统基建数字化转型受阻;数字平台应用场景缺失,深度融合尚存监管风险;产业链间数据传输不畅,信息不对称阻碍供需精准对接等现实困境。基于此,从政策保障、基建支撑、平台赋能、数据联结等层面,提出数字经济赋能文体旅产业深度融合的实践路径,为文体旅产业高质量发展提供理论支撑与实践依据。
The digital economy is not only a new driving force for the current socioeconomic development of China,but also acts as a new engine for the deep integration of cultural,sports,and tourism industries.On the basis of exploring the internal mechanism of the deep integration of cultural,sports and tourism industries empowered by the digital economy,this paper summarizes its realistic difficulties and proposes the practical paths.The research suggests that the deep integration of cultural,sports,and tourism industries empowered by the digital economy is faced with the realistic difficulties including the compartmentalized segmentation of policy supply entities and the lagging standardization construction of deep integration;the insufficient digital infrastructure and the roadblocked digital transformation of traditional infrastructure;the missing application scenarios of digital platforms and the regulatory risks in the deep integration;the obstructed data transmission among industrial chains and the information asymmetry that hinders precise synchronization between supply and demand.Based on above,from the aspects of policy guarantee,infrastructure support,platform empowerment,and data connectivity,this paper proposes practical paths for the deep integration of cultural,sports,and tourism industries empowered by the digital economy,in order to provide theoretical foundation and practical basis for the high-quality development of cultural,sports,and tourism industries.
