摘要:安全泄压装置是气瓶的重要附件之一,在意外情况下能够发生动作从而保护气瓶安全。针对目前普通气瓶上安全泄压装置问题,探讨了爆破片与易熔塞组合泄放装置在普通气瓶上的适用性。针对典型高压气瓶,通过计算流体力学软件FLUENT模拟了火灾情况下气瓶的热响应,获得了火灾环境的温度场、热流密度分布,和气瓶温度及内部压力随时间的变化关系,结合安全组合泄放装置的动作原理,对目前使用的两种爆破片-易熔塞串联组合泄放装置应用在普通气瓶上的安全性作出了判断。
Safety relief valve is an important apparatus of gas cylinders, which would act in time to protect the safety of gas cylinders in unexpected situations. The applicability of bursting disc cascaded with fusible plug device was researched for problems of safety relief valve on normal gas cylinders. For the typical high-pressure gas cylinder, the CFD software FLUENT was used to obtain the information about thermal response of gas cylinder in case of fire. The temperature fields and heat flux distributions of gas cylinder were obtained under the fire environment. The relationships of gas cylinder temperature and internal pressure changing with time were also obtained. Combined with the operation principle of combination safety relief device, the safety of bursting disc cascaded with fusible plug device used on normal gas cylinders under the fire environnmnt was evaluated.
