摘要:以二苄基三硫代碳酸酯(DBTTC)作为链转移剂,甲基丙烯酸异辛酯(EHMA)、甲基丙烯酸(MAA)和全氟辛基乙基丙烯酸酯(FOEA)为聚合单体,采用可逆加成-断裂链转移(RAFT)溶液聚合法制备了新型pH敏感性含氟三亲性嵌段共聚物P(EHMA-co-MAA)-b-PFOEA-b-P(EHMA-coMAA),采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振(NMR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)及氟元素分析(F-EA)表征了共聚物结构.探究了含氟共聚物在DMF/H2O体系中的自组装行为,通过扫描电镜观察到共聚物形成表面呈"蚕蛹"状的球形胶束,且随氟含量增大,胶束粒径明显增大;加入酸(HCl)后,共聚物胶束由球转变为"碗状"囊泡结构,且随HCl浓度增大,囊泡相互融合.
A novel pH-sensitive fluorinated triphilic block cocopolymer P(EHMA-co-MAA)-bPFOEA-b-P(EHMA-co-MAA)was synthesized by using the reversible addition fragmentation chain transfer(RAFT)method,incorporating methacrylic acid,2-ethylhexyl methacrylate,and 2-perfluorooctyl ethyl acrylate blocks used as hydrophilic,lipophilic,and fluorophilic units respectively.The chemical structure of block copolymer was characterized by infrared spectroscopy(IR),nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),gel permeation chromatography(GPC),and fluorine element analysis(F-EA).The self-assembly of fluorinated block copolymer in dimethylformamide/water dispersions was investigated.Spherical micelles with silkworm chrysalis-shaped surface formed by copolymer were verified by scanning electron microscopy,and the diameter of micelles increased significantly along with the increase of the content of fluorinated block.The morphology transition from spheres to bowl-shaped vesicles was obtained by adding aqueous solution of HCl into the system,and as the concentration of HCl increases,vesicles will merge together.
