摘要：对自考生的考籍进行有序管理一直是自学考试工作的重要部分。一些学校自考生在籍考生人数众多,考籍管理工作非常复杂。随着自考生报考数量逐年增加,论文申请、毕业申请人数迅速上升,受理各类申请的工作压力也越来越大。建设网上论文预申请管理系统,充分利用信息化平台,对论文申请资格进行自动预审核,可以减轻工作压力,提高工作效率,同时还可以对考生考籍信息进行数据处理和分析,为自考专业的发展、政策的制定提供数据支持。
To manage the examinee＇s exam record has been an important part of the self--study examination work The enrolled candidates in some schools are in a large number, so the manage- ment of examinee＇s record is very complicated. With the increasing number of examinees year by year, the number of thesis and graduation application rises rapidly, so the work pressure of accep- ting various applications is also growing. We therefore could develop a software system so as to fa- cilitate the administration by automatically summarizing and analyzing the academic records of the students, which will not only make the administration more efficient, but also provide useful statis- tics for the authority to supervise the degree awarding and to regulate policies.
