摘要:采用衡载荷和电化学试验研究了304奥氏体不锈钢在60℃时,不同加载应力下的阳极溶解电流密度变化。试验结果表明,随着加载应力的增大,304不锈钢在腐蚀溶液中的阳极溶解活性区间向负方向移动,应力的增大加速了材料的腐蚀,塑性变形使材料阳极溶解电流密度显著增大。根据热力学和电化学理论分析了氢和加载应力对阳极溶解电流密度的影响,所得计算结果与试验结果较好吻合。
Constant loading tests as well as electrochemical tests were adopted to study the effect of applied stress on anodic dissolution currency in the environment of acid NaCl solution at the temperature of 60 ℃. Test result showed that with increasing of applied stress, anodic active dissolution range of 304 stainless steel moved to negative direction, corrosion rate increased with increasing of applied stress, especially plastic stress. Based on thermodynamics and electrochemical theories, analyzed the synergistic effect of stress field and dissolved hydrogen on active dissolution, the calculated results can agree well with testing results.
