摘要:开发了以固体超强酸硫酸钛为催化剂精馏反应合成丙二醇甲醚乙酸酯的新工艺,考察了原料醇与酸的摩尔比、催化剂用量、带水剂用量、反应时间等因素对反应转化率的影响,得到了原料醇完全转化的适宜反应条件原料乙酸与醇的摩尔比1.60,带水剂环己烷与醇的摩尔比5.16,催化剂用量为反应物总质量的3.5%,反应时间3.5h。
Propylene glycol methyl ether acetate was prepared by esterification of acetic acid with propylene glycol monomethyl ether. The solid catalyst titanium sulfate was in chemical purity grade. The effects of molar ratio of acetic acid to propylene glycol monornethyl ether, the amout of catalyst and the water carrying agent and reaction time on the conversion, and also the operation conditions of distillation tower were studied. The results show that the optimum conditions are molar ratio of acetic acid to propylene glycol monomethyl ether being 1.60, weight of catalyst being 3.5%, molar ratio of water carrying agent to propylene glycol monomethyl ether being 5.16, reaction time being 3.5 h. On these conditions,the conversion of propylene glycol monomethvl ether reaches 100%.
