摘要:以工业硅粉为原料,采用正交试验及对比试验,并对试验结果进行XRF、XRD、SEM等测试,得出优化的低成本制备太阳能级硅的酸法提纯工艺,为工业规模提纯太阳能级硅提供一定依据。
The metallurgical grade silicon was used as the raw material. The orthogonal test and contrast test methods were adopted and the scruples were tested by XRF,XRD and SEM. The cost of the optimized purification process of preparing solar grade silicon by acid leaching was low. It could be used for industrial scale purification of solar grade silicon.
