摘要:通过实验建立了 2 甲基丁醇与 3 甲基丁醇的气液平衡数据和分离所需的塔板数 2 30块(理论塔板数 15 0块 ) ,解决了回流液分布、精馏塔串接、液面控制等问题 ,实现难分离物系的连续操作 ,得到 2 甲基丁醇和 3 甲基丁醇的质量分数均大于 99% ,收率 98%以上。与质量分数95 %及收率 30 %的文献数据相比 ,分别提高了 4%和 6 8%。
The gas-liquid equilibrium data of 2-methylbutanol and 3-methylbutanol and practical plate number 230 (theoretical plate number = 150) for separation were obtained experimentally. Also, problems of distribution of refluxing, series connection of fractionating column and liquid level controlling were solved for realization of continuous separation of difficult system. 2-Methylbutanol and 3-methylbutanol of more than 99% purity were obtained in over 98% yield, in comparison with the literature data of 95% purity and 30% yield.
