摘要:NOVELTY - The preparation method involves uniformly mixing iron-based alloy metal powder and nickel-coated aluminum powder with spraying auxiliary agent to form mechanical alloying powder. Cleaning the surface of metal tube by removing rust, removing scale and oil stain. The metal tube with treated surface is preheated at temperature of 90 to 130 degrees centigrade then mechanical alloying powder is sprayed through oxygen-acetylene flame gun, forming a metal porous layer. USE - Preparation method of hot-sprayed iron-based powder porous surface heat exchanging tube. ADVANTAGE - Implements a simple process with high processing efficiency, low cost by since no pore-forming material is added. Obtains heat-exchanging tube which meets the requirement of industrial application. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a cross-sectional view of the heat exchanging tube demonstrating the preparation method of hot-sprayed iron-based powder porous surface heat exchanging tube.
