摘要:NOVELTY - Semi-continuous extraction of high added value distiller's dried grains with solubles involves performing solvent extraction using n-hexane, 60-95% ethanol and anhydrous ethanol at mass ratio of 1:15:1 at 25-78 degrees C for 5-50 minutes to obtain lipid, alcohol and corn yellow pigment, reducing disulfide bond, adjusting pH value to 6, distilling and refining. USE - Method for extracting high added value distiller's dried grains with solubles (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and suitable for large scale industrialization. It reduces dosage of extracting solvent.
