摘要："看病难、看病贵"已成为我国广泛关注的热点和难点问题。我国医疗机构之间的竞争主要表现为医武竞赛。医武竞赛导致医疗资源生产效率和配置效率低下,并由此导致看病难和看病贵并存。通过构建竞合性医疗服务体系,促进医疗机构和医生之间的竞争来提高医疗资源的生产效率,引导医疗机构加强合作优化资源配置效率,可以缓解这一难题。但是,构建竞合性医疗服务体系需要加强政府的管理与引导。
The problem of ＂difficulty and high cost of getting medical service＂ has become a hot and difficult issue of widespread social concern in China. The competitions between medical institutions are showed as medical arms races,which results in low production efficiency and allocation efficiency of medical resources,and leads to the problem of difficulty and high cost of getting medical service. Through the construction of the co-opetition medical care system,which is committed to promoting competition between medical institutions and physicians to enhance the production efficiency,and cooperation of medical institutions to enhance the allocation efficiency of medical resources,it can alleviate this difficult issue. But,it needs to strengthen the government management and guidance to construct the co-opetition medical care system.
