摘要:对于带金属锥面密封结构的双台肩钻杆接头受力分析的报道较少,为此分析了接头在不同紧扣圈数及拉伸载荷作用下的受力情况,同时建立了相应的力学模型,并通过有限元仿真验证了模型的可靠性。计算结果表明,合理的紧扣圈数显著提高了接头的密封性能,能有效降低拉伸载荷作用下螺纹牙轴向载荷增长幅值,延长接头的使用寿命。研究结果可为带金属密封结构的双台肩钻杆接头的受力分析及紧扣圈数的优选提供参考。
Considering few papers has reported the stress analysis of double shoulder drill pipe joint with met- al cone seal, force analysis has been conducted on the joint under different fastening turns and tensile loads. Related mechanics model has been established and finite element simulation has been conducted to verify the reliability of the model. The results show that a rational number of fastening turns could significantly improve the sealing performance of the joint, and effectively reduce the axial load growth of thread under tensile load, thus, improving the life of the joint. The study could provide references for force analysis and fastening turns optimization of double shoulder drill pipe joint with metal seal.
