摘要:针对化工生产设备,提出一种基于群灰色关联分析的化工生产设备故障诊断方法,较好地解决了化工设备状态预测和故障模式识别问题.与传统的灰色关联分析相比,该方法提高了灰色关联分析的准确性和可靠性,降低了对单个参考信号的依赖性.最后将该方法应用于化工设备化学反应器的故障识别,识别结果显示,该方法比传统的灰色关联分析效果更佳、更可靠,具有简便易行、计算量小、不需复杂的诊断设备等优点.
A fault diagnosis method based on group grey relational analysis method is proposed for chemical equipment to sovle the problems of state prediction and fault-mode recognition of chemical equipment better. In contrast to the traditional grey relation analysis, the proposed method has higher diagnosis accuracy and reliability than the traditional grey relational method and reduces the requirements on data accuracy of the reference signal. It is applied to fault diagnosis for a chemical reactor. The results of instant analysis show that the proposed method has a much better effect than the traditional grey relation analysis. The operation is easy and the diagnosis is quick and reliable, and no complicated devices are needed.
