摘要:根据氯醇化反应的特点,利用气液反应的双膜理论,导出了宏观反应速率式,结合管式反应器的流动模型,提出了一个简便。
According to the characteristics of the process of chlorohydrination, the two film theory of gas liquid phases was applied. The flux in the presence of chemical reaction was derived. Then, by the application of the model of cocurrent operation in tubular reactor and the mass transfer data from our test, the design of tubular reactor is presented conveniently and reasonably.
