摘要：采用定量分析的方法,通过大量的调查问卷,从研究生的身份、地域、学科三个方面调查了研究生对奖助体系改革的满意度情况,并以学生的满意度评价为主线,分析了奖助体系的覆盖面及资助程度、学生兼职情况、贷款情况和参加"三助"情况与满意度评价的相关性,提出了进一步提高学生满意度的基本思路。
A quantitative study is conducted on graduate students＇ degrees of satisfaction with the reform of the fellowship and stipend system,taking into account their social and geographic backgrounds and fields of study.The correlations are analyzed between various degrees of satisfaction and the scope and amounts of financial assistance awarded,students＇ part-time employment and loans.Suggestions are offered for raising students＇ satisfaction with the reform.
