摘要:堆焊层的氢致剥离、表面开裂、器壁母材的回火脆化和氢脆等是几个影响热壁加氢反应器使用安全主要问题。本文对这些问题的产生原因及其影响因素作了概要的分析和讨论。并在理论分析和实验研究基础上,对在役热壁加氢反应安全运行的保障技术进行了探讨。
During the operating process of hydrogenation reactor, there are several problems that threat-en the reactor service security. These problems are hydrogen induced disbonding and cracking of stainless steel weld overlay, temper embrittlement and hydrogen embrittlement in the shell of 21/4 Cr-1Mo Steels. The forming causes of these problems and their influencing factors are discussed in this paper. On the basis of the theoretical analysis and experiment results, the safeguard tech-nologies for the operating of hydrogenation reactors are explored.
