摘要：建立了HPLC法测定川芎药材中的洋川芎内酯A和Z-蒿本内酯。采用ZorbaxSB-C18色谱柱,以乙腈-1%乙酸为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长280nm。洋川芎内酯A和Z-蒿本内酯在0.0488～2.44mg/ml和0.0409～2.05mg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好。回收率为98.77%和99.05%,RSD为0.83%和1.10%。
An HPLC method was established for the determination of senkyunolide A and Z-ligustilide in Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort..A Zorbax SB-C 18 column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-1%acetic acid with gradient elution,detected at the wavelength of 280 nm.The calibration curves for senkyunolide A and Z-ligustilide were linear in the concentration ranges of 0.048 8-2.44 and 0.040 9-2.05 mg/ml.The average recoveries were 98.77% and 99.05%,with RSDs of 0.83%and 1.10%.
