摘要:NOVELTY - The method involves washing a liquid circulating pump outlet part with fractionating tower top circulation oil and washing liquid. Rotational flow micro-extraction separation process is performed for secondary washing process. A pump is utilized for discharging washing liquid at 0.05 to 0.12MPa. Circulating oil is passed to a fractionating tower after desalting process. Circulating oil temperature is maintained at 90-99 degrees Celsius. USE - Method for prolonging operation period of a fractionating tower top circulation oil system. ADVANTAGE - The method enables eliminating top thermodynamic cycle system obstruction, improving efficiency, and reducing operation period. The method enables reducing corrosion rate, and realizing long period efficient operation. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of a fractionating tower top circulation oil system.
