摘要:介绍了新型强化传热元件螺旋扁管及其换热设备的结构特点与强化传热机理。对无相变及相变工况下螺旋扁管传热特性的理论、实验及数值模拟研究进行了综述与讨论,介绍了螺旋扁管换热设备的应用状况。在此基础上,指出螺旋扁管传热技术尚待开展的工作包括丰富传热介质种类、管内外流场可视化及加强相变传热特性研究。
The structural features and enhaneing heat transfer meehanism of the tube were presented. The theoretical, experimental and numerical simulation researches on the heat transfer characteristics of the tube under phase - change and no phase - change conditions were reviewed and discussed. The applleation status of spiral fiat tube heat - exchange equipments was presented. The future works included widening the heat transfer medium types, flow visualization inside and outside the tube and intensive research on the phasechange heat transfer characteristics.
