摘要:根据过程系统工程的基本原理,对升压氨合成回路流程和等压氨合成回路流程进行结构分析、建立单元模型,以序贯模块法作为流程模拟方法,采用可行路径法对两种流程进行了模拟优化,并根据模拟与优化的结果进行了比较分析。
According to the basic principle of chemical system engineering, the analysis of structure and establishment of units models have been made for the ammonia synthesis loops under boost pressure and constant pressure. Carrying out process flowsheeting by sequential modular approach,simulation and optimization of boost pressure process and constant pressure process have been realized by feasible path method. The results of simulation and optimization are compared and analyzed.
