摘要：While Shanghai ranks first several times in the ranking of regional innovation ability in China, but the ability to attract foreign investment venture capital has been lagging far behind Beijng. Many scholars and entrepreneurs explore and analyze the reasons from different angles and put forward some measures. This article attempts to carry out a match analysis and find some differences between the industry distribution of independent innovation capacity and the industry distribution of international venture investment in Shanghai. Uneven investment in traditional industries leads to the technical innovation capability of traditional industries that venture investors keen to invest has not been effectively.
