摘要:NOVELTY - A polyethylene glycol-poly ( gamma -amino-( epsilon )caprolactone) nanoparticles preparing method involves adding aminoether compound (I) and polycyclic compound (II) separately in water to obtain solutions. The solutions are mixed to obtain mixed solution that is subjected to ultracentrifugation to obtain polyethylene glycol-poly ( gamma -amino-( epsilon ) caprolactone) nanoparticles. USE - Method for preparing a polyethylene glycol-poly ( gamma -amino-( epsilon ) caprolactone) nanoparticles used as a carrier for a hydrophilic medicine. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A polyethylene glycol-poly ( gamma -amino-( epsilon )caprolactone) nanoparticles preparing method involves adding aminoether compound of formula (I) and polycyclic compound of formula (II) separately in water to obtain solutions. The solutions are mixed to obtain mixed solution that is subjected to ultracentrifugation to obtain polyethylene glycol-poly ( gamma -amino-( epsilon ) caprolactone) nanoparticles. x=45-227; y=10-100;and R1-R3=H or (NH4)+.
