摘要:爆破片超压泄放装置作为防止化工容器发生灾难性超压的最后一道安全屏障,有着举足轻重的作用。利用Levy-Mises增量理论和有力矩理论对超高压爆破片进行弹塑性理论计算,同时利用ANSYS有限元软件进行数值模拟,并将两者的计算结果进行对比分析,推导出超高压爆破片设计爆破压力的计算方法,为我国后续对超高压爆破片相关设计参数的研究提供理论依据。
As the last safety barrier to prevent catastrophic overpressure in chemical containers,the burst disc overpressure relief device plays an important role.The elastic-plastic theoretical calculation of UHP burst disc was carried out using the“Levy-Mises Increment Theory”and“Moment Theory”.Meanwhile,ANSYS software was used for numerical simulation.And the results of both theories were compared accordingly to finally derive the calculation method of the designed bursting pressure of UHP burst disc,which provides the theoretical basis for the subsequent research on relevant design parameters of UHP burst discs in China.
