摘要：在当下政府职能日益转变的情况下,体育社会组织作为承接体育行政部门角色的重要载体,在体育公共服务体系中的角色变得尤其重要。运用比较与类比、归纳与演绎、分析与综合等研究方法,对体育社会组织治理影响因素进行系统理论研究。研究结果表明:体育社会组织治理理论要素由目标定位、运行机制、运行保障3个内部因素与管理体制、法制环境、评价监管3个外部因素构成,内部因素与外部因素共同对体育社会组织的健康发展产生影响。
Under the background of government function transformation,non-profit sports organizations,as an important carrier to take part of the role of the sports administrative departments,become particularly important in the sports public service system. In this paper,we use the research methods of comparison and analogy,induction and deduction,analysis and synthesis to study the factors that have influence on non-profit sports organizations management. Results revealed that nonprofit sports organizations management were affected by the internal factors including objectives,operation mechanism,safeguard mechanism and the external factors including governance system,legal environment,evaluation and supervision.
