摘要：NOVELTY - Preparing crystalline type II ammonium polyphosphate by crystal conversion method, comprises rising the temperature of a certain mass of crystalline type I ammonium polyphosphate to 150-200 degrees C, adding the crystalline type II ammonium polyphosphate for acting as seed crystal, adding a certain mass of water, continuously rising the temperature to 280-350 degrees C, allowing to react for 1.5-3 hours, feeding ammonia, maintaining the reaction temperature for 1-3 hours, cooling, grinding and obtaining the crystalline type II ammonium polyphosphate. USE - The method is useful for preparing crystalline type II ammonium polyphosphate by crystal conversion method. ADVANTAGE - The method is safe, simple and easy to handle, does not produce corrosion to the reacting device, and produces stable crystalline products.
