摘要:以N,N-二甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)为溶剂,三醋酸纤维素(CTA)为聚合物,乙二醇和苯甲酸为添加剂配制成铸膜液,采用高温非溶剂致相分离(NIPS)法制备得到醋酸纤维素中空纤维纳滤膜,讨论了进料液温度、含量和运行压力对膜分离性能的影响,并考察了膜对不同相对分子质量染料(甲基橙、甲基蓝、结晶紫和维多利亚蓝)的脱除效果。结果表明,膜在操作条件为0.4 MPa、水温20℃下,对2价盐的截留率明显高于1价盐,对染料的脱除率均高达93%以上,为醋酸纤维素膜应用于染料废水的处理提供了一定的理论基础。
The cellulose triacetate was dissolved in NMP with PEG and benzoic acid as additive,and hollow fiber membrane were prepared by high temperature NIPS method.The effects of operation parameters including operation pressure,concentration and temperature of feed solution on membrane performance were investigated.The membrane was used to separate dyes such as methylene orange,methylene blue,crystal violet and victoria blue.The result showed that the divalent salt retention was significantly higher than monovalent salts,the retention of dyes exceeded 93%at the pressure of 0.4 MPa and at the temperature of 20℃.
