摘要:NOVELTY - The device has a clamping unit (1) and a regulating unit (2) that are connected by a screw to form a cavity. The regulating unit is set with a step. An absorbing unit (3) is provided with a hollow core rod whose bottom is sleeved-connected with a sucker for absorbing a micro-sample. The hollow core rod and the step are set with and matched with a lug boss for supporting the regulation unit. An outer diameter of the lug boss is adapted to an inner diameter of clamping unit. The adsorption unit is penetrated through a cavity and is connected with a vacuum pump through an air pipe. USE - Micro-sample clamping device for use in nuclear power industry, petrochemical industry and metallurgy industry. ADVANTAGE - The micro-clamping device realizes fixing and height adjustment of the adsorption unit by using the clamping unit and regulating unit, and realizes the stable clamping of the micro sample through the double layer sucker of the adsorption unit, so as to carry processing of metallographic grinding machine. The operation of the micro-sample clamping device is simple. The grinding efficiency and the grinding precision of the micro-sample are improved. The deformation and damage of the micro-sample are avoided. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for micro-sample clamping method.
