摘要:用FDMS方式对经预处理后的人体静脉血样中的血清进行测试,获得血样中的混合氨基酸及肽的分子量分布。实验还表明增加血样的酸浓度及水解时间,血样的FDMS棒图则向小分子量方向移动,反之则向大质量数移动;最多测得六肽;对应所得到的质荷比值,列出了部分可能的氨基酸组成。并且还对血清中加入甲醇、乙醇的血样做了测定,对实验结果进行了初步解释。
Samples of pretreated serum from human-body's vein were analysed by field desorption mass spectrometry (FDMS). The molecular weight distribution of mixing amino acids and peptides from serum was obtianed. The experimental results showed when acid concentration in serum sample was increased and hydrolysis time was prolonged that the bar graphs form of a spectrum were moved to small masses, on the contrary, to large masses. The most six peptides were got. Parts of possible component of amino acids into correspondence with mass numbers were kisted. Furthermore, serum which was added ethanol or methanol was determined, and the experimental results were explained initially.
