摘要:以金属锡粉先合成锡配合物,再进行水热反应得到无氯离子污染的纳米二氧化锡粉体。以该粉体进行放电等离子烧结制备二氧化锡陶瓷,于850℃获得理论密度值90.5%,但当进一步提高烧结温度至900℃时,由于SnO2颗粒的蒸发和还原未能达到更高密度。
The tin complexes are synthesized using metal tin powder as raw material and then the nano-SnO2 powder without chloride contamination is produced by hydrothermal reaction.The tin oxide ceramics is prepared by spark plasma sintering of the nano-SnO2 powder.The theoretical density of90.5% is obtained at 850 ℃,however,while the sintering temperature is further increased up to900 ℃,the density of the ceramics doesn' t increase because of the limited density during evaporation and restoration of the SnO2 particles.
