摘要:为满足未来高技术航天应用的挑战,开发和生产高模量,高强度的纤维和膜材料已成为先进水平的材料实验室的奋斗目标。由美国空军Wright航天实验室(AFWAL) 在1977年首次推出的聚苯撑苯并二噻唑(PBT)立刻变成首选的开发材料。本文综述了PBT课题的由来,单体的制备,聚合物的合成,以及液晶态千喷湿纺技术的突破,并介绍了PBT材料的结构特征,以及其优异的力学,耐高温热氧老化性能。从而预示可工业化生产的前景。
To meet the challenges of advanced aerospace applications of the future, it hasbeen the fighting goal for the toplevel laboratories of material to develop and demon-strate processes for producing high--modulus / high--strength fibers and films. Shortlyafter the first preparation of poly{(benzo[1,2--d; 4,5--d']bisthiazo1e--2,6--diyl)--1,4--phenylene} (PBT) by the Air Force Wright Aeronautical Laboratories (AFWAL)(USA) in 1977, PBT became the leading candidate polymer for development.This re-port gives a brief review of how the PBT research coming into being, the monomerpreparation,the polymer synthesis, and the liquid crystelline dryr-jet wet--spinningtechniques used for PBT dope. The ultra mechanical properties, the high--temperaturestability and the structural features of the PBT material are also covered. All these in-dicate that it is possible and desirable to industrialize the processes for producing thishigh--quality polymer in the near future.
