摘要:针对我国中部某油田凝点高达56℃高凝油(Y14)对市售降凝剂感受性差的现状,制备了聚合物LMZ-0和SMZ,分析了组成结构对降凝剂性能的影响,探讨了降凝剂通过改变蜡晶聚集形态进而阻止蜡晶网状结构形成而达到降凝的机理。实验结果表明,在加剂量0.01%及合适热处理温度90℃条件下,分别使Y14凝点降低7℃和8℃,都较市售降凝剂DTA的降幅5℃有明显提高。
In order to solve the special pour-point reduction of the high pour-point oil(Y14)with high pour-point 56 ℃ and bad impressibility to the commercial pour-point depressants in an oilfield in Central China,this paper was engaged in the investigation on exploring for new-style and high-efficiency polymeric pour-point depressants.It has provided a feasible basis for exploring for new-style and highefficiency pour-point depressants to high pour-point oil that the prepared polymers LMZ-0 and SMZ,have made the pour point of the high pour-point crude oil(Y14)reduced by 7 ℃ and 8 ℃respectively,under the dosage of 0.01% and the suitable heat-treatment temperature of 90 ℃,both of the effects of which are higher than that of the commercial pour-point depressant of DTA,the magnitude of pour-point depression of which being 5 ℃.The effects of the composition structure of pour-point depressant on its pour-point depressing performance were analysed in this paper.The mechanism that the aggregation morphology of wax crystals is improved by pour-point depressants and than the formation of network structure of wax crystals is prevented to reduce pour point was studied.
