摘要:本文对新型的人工骨材料磷酸钙骨水泥(简称CPC)的水化反应机理进行了研究.结果表明,CPC水化反应的热力学基础在于各种磷酸钙盐溶解度的差异,当pH>4.2时,羟基磷灰石HAP的溶解度最小.其它磷酸钙盐在水中可通过溶解沉淀析出HAP;CPC采用两种酸碱性不同的磷酸钙盐,可以利用酸碱副产物的中和反应使体系pH值稳定,使水化反应保持一定的推动力,由磷酸四钙TECP和无水磷酸氢钙DCPA组成的CPC;其水化反应的动力学前期由DCPA的表面溶解控制,后期由通过产物层的扩散控制.
Calcium Phosphate Cement (CPC) is a new kind of bone repair material. The mechanism of hydration of CPC was studied and some results were obtained. The hydration of CPC is based on the differences of solubility of calcium phosphate salts. HAP is the least soluble phase when pH>4.2, so other calcium phosphate salts can dissolve and reprecipitate as HAP when suspended in an aquenous solution; when CPC is comprised of two kinds of calcium phosphate salts with different basicity or acidity, the pH value of the system will become stable by the neutralizing reaction of acidic and basic byproducts, so the promotion of hydration is inaintained and the reacion can proceed to completion. The binetics of hydration of CPC which consists of tetracalcium phosphate (TECP) and dicalcium phosphate anhydrous (DCPA) is initially controlled by the surface dissolution of DCPA, and cvcntually controlled by the rate of diffusion through the product layers.
