摘要:本文以大黄水提组分的系统制备为目标,研究了通过树脂联用进行预分离的方法,为在反相制备色谱上的纯化制备提供了简单、分离互补性较好的样品。在相同吸附洗脱条件下,系统地分析比较了D4020、NKA-2、X-5、AB-8、XAD1600、XAD1180、XAD4、XAD7HP及XAD16九种大孔吸附树脂分离大黄水提组分的总体情况。利用不同类型树脂之间分离选择性的差别,设计并实现了以树脂XAD7HP与树脂XAD16联用的方法分离大黄水提组分的实验,对其它中药水提组分的互补分离研究具有一定指导意义。
The water - extracted fraction of Rheum palmatum L. was separated from nine types of macroporous adsorption resins, under the same elution condition. The eluted fractions were systematically characterized by HPLC. The retention behaviors of different macroporous adsorption resins were compared. Based on the parataxis of separation behaviors of different resins, XAD7HP and XAD16 were used to tandem separate water- extracted components from Rheum palmatum L.. The study produces a new pre - separation method that may shed some light on the purification of water - extracted components of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
