摘要：An antibody membrane was prepared using cyanogen bromide to immobilized horse antibody against human IFN on celluler membrane. after incubated at 37-degrees-C for one hour in sample solution, the antibody membrane was put on the end of an iodide selective electrode to form an indicated electrode. Another iodide electrode fitted with a celluer membrane immobilized urane worked as a reference electrode, The electrode response was measured in the buffer solution 0.1 mmol.dm-3 KI+4.4 mmol.dm-3 H2O2+0.1 mol.dm-3 phosphate pH 5.0. The results indicated that the potential response is non-linear. The effect of incubation time, antibody activety and the electrolyte concentration on the response potential has been studied. A linearing method of electrode response has been given.
