摘要：邻巯基苯甲酸和对氯三氟甲苯缩合得到邻-(对三氟甲基苯硫基)苯甲酸,再经浓硫酸脱水闭环得到抗抑郁药氟哌噻吨的中间体2-三氟甲基噻吨-9-酮,总收率49%。
2-Trifluoromethylthiaxanthen-9-one was prepared by condensation of 2-mercaptobenzoic acid and 4- chlorotrifluoromethylbenzene to give 2- （4-trifluoromethylphenylthio） benzoic acid followed by cyclization with an overall yield of 49%.
