摘要：以47家在线医疗企业为样本,采用模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法,对其财务、组织、技术、创新、声誉和人力资源进行分析,揭示企业6种资源类别的组态对在线问诊APP产品价值的影响机理。研究发现:(1)任何单一资源都不是形成在线问诊APP高或非高产品价值的必要条件。(2)产生在线问诊APP高日均下载量的组态路径只有1条,即6种资源都具备的组态。产生在线问诊APP高评分的组态路径有2条,分别为充足的财务与技术资源的组态,以及充足的财务、组织、创新、声誉资源的组态。(3)财务、声誉、组织和创新资源的匮乏会导致产品的非高日均下载量;财务、技术、创新和组织资源的匮乏会导致产品的非高评分。
Using the 47 online medical enterprises as samples,the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)method was used to analyze financial resources,organizational resources,technical resources,innovation resources,reputation resources and human resources to reveal the mechanism by which the grouping of corporate resource categories affects the value of online consultation app products.The results show that:①Any single resource is not a necessary condition for forming high or low product value of online consultation APP.②There is only one configuration path that generates high average daily downloads of online consultation APP,that is,the configuration of all six resources.There are two configuration paths to generate high scores of online consultation APP,which are the configuration of sufficient financial resources and technical resources and the configuration of sufficient financial,organizational,innovation and reputation resources.③The lack of financial,reputation,organizational and innovation resources will lead to the low average daily downloads of the product.The lack of financial,technical,innovation and organizational resources will lead to the low scores of the product.
