摘要：对膜片联轴器锥面无键联接的结构和原理作了介绍;运用有限元法对锥面联接分析了预紧力与所能传递的转矩之间的关系及最大应力发生的部位。比较了传递相同转矩时解析法与有限元法所计算预紧力的差别。与解析法相比,有限元方法较为直观精确,可作为实际设计制造时的新方法新依据。
The structure and principle of cone connection without key in diaphragm coupling are introduced.The position where the maximum stress located in and the relation between prestressing force and the corresponding torque in cone connection with the analysis element method is analysized.The analytic method and finite element method about the pre-tightening force are compared when transferred the same torque.The finite element method is more intuitive and accurate compared with the analytic method and could be used as a new method during the designing and manufacturing process.
