摘要：高效液相色谱法是药物分析的重要方法之一,高效液相色谱仪是一类贵重仪器,文中介绍了高效液相色谱技术,并在实践的基础上,从实验内容的安排、实验的具体实施、实验报告的书写要求三方面对该仪器的教学模式进行了探索,并收到了良好成效。
High performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） method is one of the important methods for drug analysis, and the instrument employed is very expensive. This paper introduces the high performance liquid chromatography technology, and based on the practice, an experiment teaching method of HPLC is explored through three aspects and illustrated with good effect.
